Transfer from and to Wrocław
Transportation from and to Wrocław is organized by us. Please sign up for the bus of your preference using this link.
August 24 (to the conference venue):
Bus 1: departs at 13:50 from INTiBS PAS, and next from Faculty of Chemistry UWr, at 14:30.
Bus 2: departs at 15:00 from Faculty of Chemistry UWr.
Bus 3: departs at 16:30 from Faculty of Chemistry UWr, and next from Wrocław airport at 17:10.
August 29 (return to Wrocław):
Bus #1: ~9:00 AM
Bus #2: ~9:45 AM
Bus #3: ~10:30 AM

ESTE2025 is an all-inclusive conference.
The registration fee covers all conference materials, back-and-forth Wrocław – venue transportation, hotel accommodation, all meals, and team-building activities such as excursions, the welcome reception, and the banquet.
Venue
ESTE2025 will be held at the Lake Hill Hotel Resort and Spa in Sosnówka, near Jelenia Góra.
Travel Plans
Please plan your trip towards either Wrocław Airport, or Faculty of Chemistry, University of Wrocław. Our team will meet and guide you at the Faculty, where you can drop your luggage in a locked room and use your spare time freely.
In Wrocław
Wrocław has an excellent public transportation system, including buses and trams. You can find navigation and ticket options at jakdojade.pl. This service also has a mobile app that allows you to search for addresses, popular attractions, and routes using GPS from your current location.
Standard taxi apps like Uber, Bolt, and Freenow are available in Wrocław. We recommend using these services or taxis available at the airport, which are more expensive, however.
